Official Accessibility Statement

At E-I we believe that the internet and digital tools should be available and accessible to every person. We have therefore invested considerable resources and thought in designing and developing a platform that offers an equal, dignified and independent experience, including for people with disabilities.

1. Accessibility adjustments made in the system

The dashboard, the invitation editor (builder) and the mobile views of the digital invitations were built with care for accessible design principles and an adapted user experience (UX). The adjustments include, among others:

• Clear, readable fonts: use of official, readable fonts only, with the option to enlarge text directly from the editing panels without breaking the page layout.
• Colour contrast: the colour palette was chosen carefully to keep high contrast between text and background (including navigation and call-to-action buttons), in line with the international accessibility standard (WCAG).
• Responsive design: the site and the invitations are fully adapted to all screen sizes - from smartphones to large desktop screens - allowing touch gestures, safe zoom and the use of physical aids.
• Code labels and reading aids (ARIA labels): standard code attributes behind the scenes let screen readers (for people with low vision) clearly identify the role of form fields, buttons and links.

2. Limitations

Please note that E-I is a platform for user-generated content (SaaS). The content, images and texts uploaded to the invitations themselves are managed and entered by our independent customers (the event hosts). Although we provide the tools for building an accessible invitation, we cannot fully control content uploaded by end users (such as images uploaded without alternative text - Alt Text).

3. Feedback and accessibility requests

We keep working to improve the accessibility of the site. If you encountered any difficulty while browsing or using the system, a component that does not work properly, or you have a suggestion for improvement, we would be very glad to hear from you.
