Privacy & Data Security Policy
Full transparency about how information is managed in the E-I system
Last updated: June 2026The site management attaches the utmost importance to protecting the privacy of our users and of the guests invited to their events. We operate with full transparency and maintain high information-security standards.
1. Information collected and its type
As part of providing the service, the system collects and processes two main types of information:
- User information: full name, phone number, email address, design settings, payment status and event details.
- Guest information: guest name, phone number, attendance status (RSVP), total number of guests, notes, seating data and transportation requests.
2. Use of information and transfer to third parties
Information collected in the system is used exclusively to operate the digital invitation and provide the service.
- The system enforces complete separation (a technological wall) between events by means of unique invitation identifiers. There is no technical way for guest data to leak from one event to another.
- The site management undertakes not to sell, rent, distribute or share the contact details of users or their guests with any third party for marketing, advertising or spam purposes.
- Information is transferred to a third party only for the purpose of providing the service itself (such as an SMS provider, or sending a list to the venue manager at your direct instruction).
