Terms of Use and Limitation of Liability
Agreement for joining and lawful use of the E-I system
Last updated: June 2026Welcome to the E-I system (the "System" or the "Site"). This document governs the legal relationship between the System's management and operator (the "Site Management") and the customers, users and guests who use the Site's services.
This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Hebrew version prevails.
1. Limitation of liability and "AS-IS" provision
The System, including all of its features, JavaScript components, Live Preview engines and mailing systems, is provided to the user "AS-IS", without any undertaking or warranty of any kind on the part of the Site Management.
- The Site Management does not guarantee that the System will operate continuously, be free of faults or code errors, or that its servers will be immune to unauthorised access.
- The Site Management bears no liability for direct, indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of data, corruption of guest data, technical failures in sending emails, non-delivery of SMS messages (including automatic reminders through third-party providers), or navigation failures with external applications such as Waze.
⚠️ Important legal clarification:
There is no warranty for the functioning, correctness or availability of the System at any given moment. The user fully and absolutely releases the Site Management from any damage, distress or financial loss that may result from using the System, or from being unable to use it, while planning the event.
2. Business hours and technical support
Responses to enquiries, administrative technical support and customer service (through the official WhatsApp or email channels) are provided only at the following times:
🕒 Service and support hours:

Enquiries received outside business hours will be handled on the next business day, in the order received.
3. Cancellation and refund policy
- Cancelling an event or invitation after the System has been activated, edited or distributed by the customer does not entitle the customer to any refund (full or partial), as the technological service has been fully provided.
- A full refund will be given only if both of the following cumulative conditions are met:
